For this Conference, the preferred method of Registration will be by utilising a new
Registration System arranged by Rotary Down Under.

Cancellation Policy

There are no Deposits, Registration requires full payment at the time of booking.

We are aware that Cancellation may be required for many reasons so the following Policy applies for Cancellations for ‘due cause’:-

Up until 31st July 2010 No Cancellation Fee.
1st Aug to 15 Sept 10% of Registration retained
16 Sept to 8th Oct 50% of Registration retained

You are reminded that you have paid into Rotary’s Insurance Policy and are covered for Cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.
